Company Information
Elite Cartagena is operated by Go-Elite LLC. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Go-Elite LLC and the Elite Cartagena brand. Go-Elite LLC operates under the public-facing brand Go Elite Global.
Services
Elite Cartagena provides luxury travel coordination and concierge services in Cartagena, Colombia, including but not limited to:
- Yacht and boat charters
- Villa rentals and accommodations
- VIP concierge and event coordination
- Airport transfers and ground transportation
- Group travel planning and itinerary design
We act as a coordinator between clients and local service providers. Elite Cartagena does not own or operate villas, yachts, or transportation services directly. We act as an independent travel coordinator connecting clients with licensed local providers. Final service delivery is subject to availability, weather, and local conditions.
Bookings and Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Elite Cartagena. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our sole discretion.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors such as Stripe. Payments may be collected via invoice, online checkout, bank transfer, or card payment depending on the nature of the service booked. By submitting payment, you authorize the charge for the agreed-upon services. Payment terms, including deposit requirements and balance due dates, will be communicated at the time of booking.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the specific services booked and timing of cancellation. Cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking confirmation. In general:
- Cancellations made well in advance may be eligible for a partial or full refund
- Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit deposits or full payment
- Refund eligibility depends on the policies of underlying service providers (villa owners, yacht operators, etc.)

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate personal and travel information
- Ensuring valid travel documents (passports, visas) for travel to Colombia
- Complying with local laws and regulations at all times
- Behaving responsibly during all booked experiences and respecting property and personnel
Limitation of Liability
Elite Cartagena and Go-Elite LLC act as coordinators and intermediaries. We are not liable for:
- Acts, omissions, or negligence of third-party service providers
- Injuries, loss, or damage arising from booked activities
- Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather, government action, or force majeure
- Loss of personal belongings during any experience
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Go-Elite LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Go-Elite LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those external sites.
Governing Law
