Terms and Conditions
These terms govern inquiries, reservations, guest conduct, and operating policies for Clock Tower 16. Final booking terms are confirmed in writing before any payment is made.
1. Reservations and payments
- All reservations must be confirmed in writing by the concierge team.
- A deposit is typically required to secure dates.
- The remaining balance and any applicable fees are confirmed in writing before check-in.
- Payments may be made through a secure payment link or another approved method from Elite Cartagena.
2. Cancellations
- The applicable cancellation policy is confirmed in writing before payment.
- Deposits may be non-refundable depending on dates, season, and agreed terms.
- We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect the group against unexpected changes.
3. Guest conduct
- Guests must treat the villa, furnishings, equipment, and staff with respect.
- Guests must follow local rules regarding noise, safety, and property use.
- Smoking is not permitted inside interior spaces.
- Damages or maintenance issues should be reported immediately.
4. Staff and services
- Staff, chef, transport, and concierge scope and hours are confirmed in writing.
- Additional services, extended hours, or outside providers may carry extra charges.
- Elite Cartagena coordinates services through approved local providers.
5. Liability
- Clock Tower 16 is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Guests assume responsibility for their own safety and the safety of their group during the stay.
- Interruptions outside reasonable control are handled case by case.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by applicable Colombian law.
